What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive what you type into it:

• your name
• your email address, your phone number, or both
• the type of business and the service you are interested in, if you choose them
• your message
• the language of the page you used (English or Dari)

Technical information

When you open any page, our hosting provider processes the technical information needed to deliver it and to protect the site from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type and the address of the page requested. The contact form also uses your IP address for a short time to limit repeated submissions.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels. If you close the language suggestion, your browser remembers that choice on your own device; it is not sent to us.

Why we use it

We use the information you send to reply to your request and to talk with you about the services you asked about. We use technical information only to run and secure the website.

Who receives it

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for advertising.

Your form submission is delivered as an email to our business inbox, contact@apexbfs.com, which is hosted by Google Workspace.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes each request to deliver the page and the form.

IG Digital Lab, the studio that built and maintains this website, manages its hosting and can see technical logs. Form submissions are not stored on the website.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

The website does not keep a copy of form submissions. Your request stays in our email inbox for as long as we need it to reply and follow up, and we delete it when you ask. The technical logs available to us are kept for a few days.

Please do not send sensitive documents

Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank statements or other financial documents through the contact form or by regular email. The connection to the form is encrypted (HTTPS), but email is not a safe place for documents like these. Ask us how to share them securely.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@apexbfs.com or call (916) 907-2599. Asking will not change how we treat you.

Do Not Track: this website does not track visitors across other websites, and no third party collects information about your activity here for that purpose, so it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
