Habibullah Rafi

I'm the founder of Apex Bookkeeping & Financial Solutions LLC, and I work directly with every client on every set of books, tax return, payroll run and financial report the company touches.

Before starting Apex, I spent over 15 years working hands-on in bookkeeping and tax preparation, alongside a background in financial analysis, project controls and business operations. I also hold the PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification, which is not a bookkeeping credential but is one reason deadlines here are treated as deadlines.

My approach is built around accuracy, clear communication and personalized service: you get a direct point of contact who takes the time to understand your business, not a rotating queue.

I speak English and Persian, work with clients in person in Arden-Arcade and remotely anywhere in California, and hold the QuickBooks and CTEC credentials listed on the Credentials page, each one independently verifiable.

The LLC was registered in California in January 2025. The company is younger than the experience behind it, and I would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
